Orange Stage Tennis
The 8 week Orange Stage Tennis program is designed for children aged 6 to 10 and focuses on teaching the basics of tennis through fun activities that enhance balance, coordination, agility, movement, and racket skills.
Dynamic Skill-Building for Young Tennis Players
The Red Stage is tailored for children aged 8 and under who are beginning their tennis journey.
We utilize low-compression balls that bounce less and travel 75% slower than standard balls, allowing young players to develop their skills more comfortably.
Our sessions are held on smaller 36-foot courts, enabling kids to concentrate on their techniques while boosting their confidence.
This design promotes frequent rallies, ensuring that children enjoy the excitement of playing tennis without feeling intimidated.
During weekly sessions, children learn the fundamentals, including forehands, backhands, volleys, serves, and footwork.
Coaches employ advanced teaching aids such as FitLight, skipping ropes, vertical and horizontal targets, as well as medicine and Swiss balls.
Coaches enhance the learning experience by utilizing essential teaching tools such as cones and vertical and horizontal targets.
Kids focus on improving their speed, agility, flexibility, balance, tactics, and technique, leading to a learning process that accelerates player progress.
